"Basic Fair Housing Training" is Accredited by DORA for 3-hours of Continuing Education Credit*

This December 8 class is designed to appeal to all property management professionals by discussing the laws that impact onsite, corporate, and ownership-level employees on a daily basis. Attendees will learn how to avoid discriminatory practices by studying real-life situations that affect members of protected classes. Key subjects include the history of fair housing, developing appropriate policies, responding to accommodation requests, advertising, and the consequences of violating fair housing laws.
